Strategic servicing operations and finance executive with an expertise in creating customer centric solutions to yield margin improvement. A results driven and visionary leader with experience in designing/ implementing new organizations, managing complex operations, relationship management and vendor optimization programs.  Highly motivated by the need to challenge the status quo and deliver transformation. 

                                                         

Q: How would you define your leadership style?

A: I believe in communicating for success which means active listening and sharing honestly. My experience has taught me that facts are an important part of understanding any situation but being thoughtful about the subjectivity of a matter is equally, if not more important. My approach to working with others is simple; have fun, be nice and motivate the team by believing in the organization, the people and the goal.

Q: How would you describe your entrepreneurial spirit?

A: I have approached my career as an artist where the opportunity to learn a new subject and solve problems starting with a blank sheet of paper excites me.  I have taken roles that I did not have experience in so I can push myself to develop new skills and form new ideas.  In addition, I have had the opportunity to design new organizations and then take on leadership roles post launch.

Q: What motivates you?

A: Driving change, designing solutions and executing ideas are key motivators for me. In addition, collaborating with a diverse set of people and exceeding their expectations motivates me.

Q: What is your approach to solving a problem?

A: From my experience, I believe in gathering information and analyzing data is very important before a solution can be designed.  In addition, I spend time discussing with others to ensure it passes the common sense test.
